Shipping/Returns
Orders are filled and shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Most deliveries are made via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). US Postal Service takes 7-14 days, UPS Ground takes 5-7 days, and UPS 2nd Day takes 2 days. International orders take anywhere from 2-3 weeks and may be subject to additional fee (ex. customs) depending on the locality.
Nutmeg Radio aims to please and will deal with returns & exchanges on an individual basis.
Returns will be honored on t-shirts that have not been worn or laundered and in pre-package condition (with original label attached). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges will be honored should a t-shirt be defective for reasons other than normal wear & tear. Exchanges must be made within 21 days of delivery.
